RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with an item
and wish to return or exchange it,
please follow the instructions enclosed in your package
or call us for details. Returns must be made within 30 days, items
must be unused and in their original packaging. Please complete the
return form that came with your order. Credit will be
issued within 14 days after the returned items are received. Credit
will be given in the same form of payment that was used for the
original purchase. Custom orders are not returnable. Defective or
damaged goods require special handling
so please call customer service for instructions.
All defective bats must be returned directly to the manufacturer and
you must have the original purchase receipt. Follow manufacturers
instructions on returning bats.
